Basic function keys of the photocopier

• Access key: Used to enter the name and password when the photocopy is encrypted.
• Box key, Extra/Scan key, Copy key, Fax/Scan key: Used to enter the Box, Extra/Scan, Copy, Fax/Scan modes respectively, when the machine is in any mode, the corresponding key will light up green.
• RESET key: This is the key that has the function of returning the machine to the default mode.
• START key: Start copying, scanning, printing.
• STOP key: End the copying operation currently performed on the machine.
• Interrupt key: Pause the current copy cycle to perform another copy cycle, if you want to return to the original copy cycle, press the Interrupt key again.
• Proof Copy key: Used to print a test copy before printing a large number of documents.
• CLEAR key: The function of the key is to clear the current copy to 1 or clear other settings when setting up the program.
• MODE CHECK key: Check, enter or change user settings.
• Mode Memory key: This key is to save copy settings.
• Contrast key: You can adjust the contrast of the touch screen through this key.
• Enlarge Display key: Used to enlarge the touch screen.
• Accessibility key: Used to enter the user function setting screen.
• Utility/Counter key: Used to display the Utility/Counter screen
• Numeric keys: These are keys used to enter numeric functions.
Basic instructions for using a photocopier
To perform copying, follow the steps in the photocopier instructions below:

Step 1: You must place the document to be copied on the scanning position of the photocopier. Place the copy document on the glass according to the guide lines, the side you want to copy face down on the glass, then you will see the words "Place document face down" appear on the document feeder. After doing that, you have recorded directly on the document feeder. After placing the document in the correct position, you need to close the machine cover so that the machine can recognize the target.

Step 2: Choose the quantity and color of the photocopies you need. The number of copies will depend on your needs. To accumulate the quantity, select the numbers on the control panel to declare the quantity.

Step 3: Next, select the paper size. Most photocopiers will have two types of paper trays: 14-inch paper and 11-inch paper. If you want a different size, you can install the paper type in a paper tray on the machine.
